Acceptance

By creating an account and using Our Schoolroom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Our Schoolroom is a homeschool management tool that helps families plan lessons, track grades, manage attendance, and keep school records. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account covers your entire household — you do not need separate accounts for each parent.

Free Trial & Subscription

  • New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
  • After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription ($40/year at time of writing).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will work with you if something goes wrong.

Your Data

You own all the data you enter into Our Schoolroom — lesson plans, grades, student records, everything. We do not claim any rights to your content. You can export your data at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Our Schoolroom only for its intended purpose — managing your homeschool. You may not use the service to store illegal content, attempt to access other users' accounts, or reverse-engineer the application.

Limitation of Liability

Our Schoolroom is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service. We strongly recommend using the Export feature regularly to keep your own backup.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will notify you by email of any significant changes.
